November Open House
See what’s inside the walls before it’s covered up
We’re opening up a custom home in New Era, Michigan, and we’re doing it before the drywall goes up. This is a rare opportunity, because the week after we start drywall, and nobody sees what’s inside them again. But for two afternoons, you can!
We call it our “Behind the Drywall” Open House. You’ll walk through the bones of the house: the parts that make the biggest difference in how quiet, comfortable, and solid a home feels for decades, and the parts drywall and siding will soon hide for good.
Bring your questions. Ask why we chose a certain product, what the design process looks like, or what we’d do differently next time. We’ll give you straight answers, even to that last one.
Friday, November 6, and Saturday, November 7
3:00 to 6:00 pm (due to the early sunset, and no lighting!)
A few things to know before you come:
- It’s an active construction site. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, watch your step, and keep children close.
- It may be muddy outside. Boots you don’t mind getting dirty are a good call.
- It could be chilly inside, so dress warm. A finished home is a different story.
Sadly, this home is not for sale. It belongs to clients who have generously let us share it with you, so please visit only during open house hours.
